I will be rejecting this forums for the Reasons.
1. 6.14 It is allowed to rob from inventory ONLY Ammunition, Guns, any armor(Gang,FIB, LSPD etc.), balaclava and Drugs. MONEY can be robbed - only using system functionality of gangs.
2. You did not drop the lock pick/resource scanner on the ground, It would have been different if you dropped it and he pick it up.
