2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 - I want to first of all bring the attention To my experience and how experienced i am As an leo Terms on Terms i have been a hc in every Org instead of ems and ng due to the trust and confidence people have in me to run their departments or HC Team, In Sahp and i have been hc In LSPD i was hc and also a few months ago, and then in Gov i have been Deputy director of the SS and dep. warden and then last but not least In FIB as 00 many times and as head of department of spec ops
2 - Other Leaders have made sahp look great and i want to carry it on, due to my experience in other orgs under various people i feel like i can make the next move and be the sheriff and allow this org to stay on top , In this environment im going to try bring as many People as i can to have us in an ORG doing well im going to try to get pepole way more active so we can win store robberys
2a -i will be giving out all lot of bonuses each hire is 3k and 10k for each training and 5k each event attended and who will do a night shift will bet a big bonus so i can have the most active officers in the city
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?
3- My advice for better roleplay is to have my officers out patrolling all day long instead of hr pepole need to stay at ha so if citizens need help or join sahp so it will be balance , Waiting for events to happen and/or global to be dropped. I want all of my officers be as professional as possible if not there will be punishment or warned about it
3a - I'm going to make sure my towing team are out all the time constantly towing so that our city is clean and nobody gets hurt and not overcrowded with a mass amount of unoccupied vehicles, This being said i'm going to make sure my officers are regular patrolling places like casino to make sure all vehicles that need to be are fined before towing
3C - I'm going to maintain The high level of communication between sahp and other orgs to make sure that we are aware of everything prepared whats hapening for upcoming events, globals or special mission THANKS FOR READING MY APLICASION
