Safy moved to Los Santos with his family when he was just 15 years old. He grew up on the famous streets of Los Santos and was bullied a lot in Los Santos. He was now a serial killer because he hated cops and the cops and agents got scared when his name was mentioned. Safy , now known as a serial killer in Los Santos, had grown his business and was constantly offering money because the cops and feds were afraid of him.
Joining a legal org
Safy is now fed up with his life as a gang member. And upon the offer from NG, he quit his illegal work and continued his life as a soldier. The experience of using a gun, which he gained in his childhood in the street life, contributed a lot to him. He was quickly promoted to ng and transferred to lspd . Gaining various policing experience at lspd, safy had been internal work for lspd. and after lspd disband he started working for fib.
