Dear Mazhor,

The POV i got banned for:

i got banned for 4.1 (illegal weapon skin) I have been using the Skin for at least half a year on DE01 passed POV requests with it nobody ever said anythink even got the Skin recommended by an old DE administrator. Thats the reason why I thought the skin was ok also it is not much longer than the AK you realy need to take a closer look to see the diffrence in lengh. Also i donated a lot of money on EN01 and I would be upset about all that going to waste. Im sorry for not knowing that this Skin was illegal I want to apoligize for using it I will change it instantly and will pay more attention on selecting my Skins. I would be really happy if you could lower my Ban doration from 60 to 14 Days so I can pay of my Buisness.

You are installing 3rd party software/skins on your own risk. Clean your game - provide proof of cleaning and then we will talk​

I am very grateful that you answer me. I have now filmed how I cleaned and how I started the game and connectet to a Server, so far I have only uploaded how I start the game after the clean. In the recording you can see (Time in VID 3:18) a Revo skin, but this is server-sited. I really hope we can find a solution where both sides are happy I myself think that what I did was not ok as inexperience does not protect from the penalty however I think it would be fair if you could reduce the penalty in such a way that it does not destroy my gaming experience (Houses are running out Biz is running out, would destroy the Fun playing on EN03 for me). If you want to see the recording I'm cleaning on let me know.
