I was sent to jail for RDM

What happened that i was a recruit in NG it was just my 2nd hour and there was people trying to enter the base and while i was gurding the south gate i saw a bus full of people so i didint now what i have to do i shot the driver and then i took cover and started shooting everyone exiting the bus and coming to my direction
while i was in prison i thought about what happen and i see that i misunderstood the situation i did not intend to shoot innocent citizens like that i thought they were a gang

i served my time prison for this mistake that i didn't do it in purpose so please could you remove the warning so i can return to NG and continue my training
