We had just finished informal and we had just won it. My friend dies under the map and were waiting for a god to show up. As we're waiting some Ballas start to rob my car. I run over to where we had parked the cars and there is 3 ballas and they run over to me and they don't say anything they just shoot me and then they proceed to kill my friend. I was using discord for the event since its an OOC event, so if that isn't okay ill take my mute.

yes you can shoot outside city. Outside the city you have to give demands. This has been a rule for so long. Outside the city isn't the ghetto it isn't Kill on Sight.
