How do you even report it VDM? He hits you once (probably accidentally) and continous driving. Doesnt purposely hit you, considering you were standing in middle of the road. Moreover, read what VDM clearly classifies as. If he had repeatedly run over you, with intentions of harming or maybe killing you, then that would consider as VDM.
Just realized that sounds disrespect but m not tryina be disrespecting or anything
