i am sorry for disrespecting staff, i know it isnt an exscuse but i was really angry that i just lost £20 on buying a case that i missclicked and did not mean to buy and all the admins were saying i can not get the coins back. However arthur told me a solution but i didnt see the message and posted to message to admins before i saw his message
