First of all I want to say thanks Zessy Pluxury for taking the time to answer to the report made against my family.
I want to just let you know any report made with a youtube video as proof should have audio otherwise it's invalid. As the proofs shows the opposing family not having audio in video automatically makes the report invalid as you an Admin should know that. I also want to mention the fact they broke NLR rule as they continue on coming back. Third of all, this report shouldn't be made with a pov like that but immediately reject people's reports if their pov doesn't have audio? I actually hope Admins become more understanding and awake with evidences like this as many people from my family been punished due to this mistake of Zessy. I hope this complaint will be well handled and considered by other admins as a mistake made by their fellow mate...

Sasha's mic isn't even heard in pov and i want to also include the fact that they actually hella spammed the club chat which should be counted as another misconduct....
