Life Story: Andrew grew up in a stable home (as he thought) when he was young he didnt see his father much because he was in prison. When Andrew turned 12 his family split apart leaving him torn with what to do but as a young man he went with his farther. His farther had big plans for his son who is now old enough for responsibility so when he turned 13 he was given a role in organised crime. Andrew was now head of ‘pharmaceutical production’ mainly ecstasy he had to learn the ingredients then learn his ratios and machine, Andrew picked it up very quickly he had good supplier for the active ingredient and distribution was good so as the years went on the organisation grew they had different branches for example guns, cannabis, cocaine, fraud. Business was good Andrew was still in school it was all a big secret but people always make mistakes and Andrew got arrested with a firearm, this brought attention to him so he was released on investigation so he had to keep a low profile later on Andrews associate done business with a NCA informant and all eyes was on him the police was closing in and Andrew fell out with his farther and tried killing him with a shotgun he kept safe under the bath tub he always kept his passport on him for an escape and he left the country and flew to Los Santos.
Career Story: Once Andrew arrived in los Santos he changed his name to Andrew Costello and brought a suit and tried to look professional he wanted a legit life and started working as a pilot but deep down he always missed the rush he got from the criminal life. He later met a fellow pilot called Silvio who took him in and showed him the city and once he saw he could trust me he let me join the mafia Andrew then made criminal connections and they taught him how criminals operate in the city and he joined them with robbery’s ,hostages and gun dealing. Life was good he then was asked to join the gang by the leader they had a great term and after he wanted to join sahp on his path for legit work again, he is now working with a great team tackling crime as lieutenant Andrew Costello and he’s exited for the future and with his past knowledge it helps with his work but deep down he still misses the rush he gets from being a criminal.
Outcomes:
1- Andrew can participate in illegal things
2- Andrew can deny a suspect the right to a lawyer if he wants to
3- While off duty Andrew can hack the SAHP network and connect his personal radio and listen in for personal use
4- Andrew can take bribes up to 100k for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, Letting someone go, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence (( removing prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net up to 1 person per hour ))
5- Andrew can destroy body cam to protect himself ( Only 2 /try per situation )
