At the start you can see him shooting with another guy at ID 27979 so he dosent get robbed, as only he took any dmg so its obvious its on purpose. Then you can see in pov that he mercy kills his friend which was shooting at ID 27979. After all of that he combat logs. The rule breaks he did within the span of 2m is exacually impressive by the west mafia individual.
He should learn not to break rules as we killed them fairly and he then finishes them and ruined many people time, ammo and experience.
