2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) a) I have previous experience in SAHP, LSPD, and DOC in city 2 and Currently working in LSPD as HC. So I think I am a perfect candidate for this position as I have decided to dedicate my entire life to legal orgs.
b) As SAHP is outside the city it misses a lot of events and situations. I want to make SAHP main stream legal organisation. Right now the highway of Los Santos is not safe at all and as it comes under SAHP's jurisdiction I want to make them safe. SAHP should have numbers at all times so I will try to get all-time zone officers to participate in different situations & events.
c) Highway Patrolling is the main part of SAHP. I want to make sure it takes place many times in both the daytime and nighttime. After all civilians' safety should be my first priority. I want to create dedicated divisions in the org like patrolling, swat, IA, FTO, detective and I also want to create a quick response team specific for events.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
a) To improve RP level in organization I will hire the best FTO's to not only train people and let them know what are the rules of SAHP but also how to do RP. A lot of the time it seems like we are doing the right thing but we were wrong as per server and rp rules. FTO's will train them for situation how to handle them, what we can do what we can't all these things.
b) As a leader of legal organisation I will introduce reward system for good and hard work, promotion system which will help promoting deserving candidates, weekly log checks which will create a sense of responsibility towards use of ammunation, honor system to find the best of every division, a employee of the week system to find and acknowledge the best of the best, will include field training before session before actually sending units to field, A term day(annual day in which we will celebrate and enjoy our life in city, meetup and party day)
