Rejected Ban Appeal Gen Rule 1.1 & 1.5 | Eddie_Brock

My primary account; Andrew Levitt | 576 & my secondary account; Bahama Mamas | 7723 were both banned for Gen Rule 1.1 and 1.5 mutually.

Gen Rule 1.5 is accurate. I was in possession of a business on both accounts as I completely was unaware of the rule against that action. That is not in dispute.

However the punishment for Gen Rule 1.1 is inaccurate. I have never shared or traded my account with anyone. I don't know where this punishment was derived from.

My question is, Am I able to appeal this ban, potentially returning one of the businesses to the State and having my Primary account reinstated? As I said, I was unaware of the rule and would not have put my accounts and progress in jeopardy If I knew this rule existed. Any information on next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rules are Clear, You must Read about the Rules before Playing any server Regarding 1.5
Regarding 1.1 Your accounts were opened on a Different Social club with ID 3125 which means either you have shared them or you are breaking General Rule 1.4.
