1. I want to become Leader of the National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My first legal org I was in was the NG and it was one of the funnest experiances me for, I learned almost everything I know about legal orgs from being in the national guard and I learned a lot of rules from it. I was there for very long and became the Major of Special Forces until I decided to try something new and go to FIB but in all the legal orgs I have been NG was the most fun and the one with the most potential and I feel that I can unlock the potential of NG and make it one of the most respected orgs.
Also I feel I would be good for this role as I have been high command in almost every org in city 2 and know all the rules and have a vast knowledge of the game.
For all the time I have been at NG I have seen tons of people and almost all of them are very nice and caring and I feel like this is the kind of org I would want to lead. I was also in many diffrent NG terms in EN2 and I have seen a lot of leaders mess up their terms or do good and have watched them and have learned from the mistakes they made and the good things they did and I will take all that knowledge and use it to make NG better.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
First my top priority would be to make the NG accessible to everyone and give fair chances to anyone but not recruit any people based off if they are my friends or not and I will only recruit the people who know the rules. Also seeing many terms I have seen a lot of high commands being friends of the leader and the high commands didnt know the rules so to counter this I will interview every Deputy and every Head of department and high command myself to make sure they are fit for the job.
These will be the departments that I will put in place.
SOF (Special Forces)
This department will be made of the best shooters and these are the guys who will be attending store robberies and trying to catch criminals in store robberies, these guys will also lead our troops in any raid coming to our base.
HR (Human Resources)
This department will be made of the best of the best people who will accept applications, interview, and train people who want to join the National Guard.
NGS(National Guard School)
This department will be made for people who want to enlargen their skills in various areas such as flying skills, shooting skills, driving skills, etc. and I will find teachers who specialize in this skills to teach people in the national guard.
IA (Internal affairs)
This department will be made of the brightest and these guys will deal with any issues inside the NG and will also check peoples logs etc.
