2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I want nbe leader of NG because I have lots of experiece in the NG as a colonel i know all rulz and know how to run the org
2) I want to bee a leader of NG because Iam HC like Almost 5 terms i have worked in NG alost 5 months
3) Ive been in all Organisations through EN02 and have been in multiple organisations.
I believe that i have great leadership skills and im more than ready to take the role of Leader in NG.
4) Iam going to interduce new divions and i make sure that in every week we gonna keep a meeting with the Majors to know about there activites
5) I will make sure that all the soliders will do gate keeping and I gonna give them bonus if they do gate keeping and
the soliders will be active and show more interest to do gate keeping
6) I have knowlage about real national guard and ill improve national guard according to real NG!
7) if i become leader of national guard i will be implementing many new policies in ng
My advises for improving role play level in National guard
-New departs as i told that i will bring new department like bonus dept,Rapid support forces
- Make mass recruit in a week 3 times then there will be more people
- NG is the Backbone of the city thats why NG should more stronger than other orgs i will keep more 100% in the NG to make NG on top
- I will recruit experienced and dedicated leaders to every departments like AF, FTO, IA , MP, SOF IA- I will hire the best
possible soldiers to this department who knows rules AF - i will make the leader who knows how to fly air vehicle
