My previous forum report on this matter was closed before I was able to respond so please allow me to respond this time. Regarding my ban for General Rule 1.1, I never shared my account with anyone or had anyone in possession of my account other than myself. The fact is, multiple people live in my household with several different computers. My computer was down at the time and so I utilized a family members computer as they were not home. That person also has a Rockstar Account, going by the rule "Your account cannot be shared or traded", I felt that I was okay to use a different computer as there Is obviously no rule against the ownership of multiple computers. I have strictly never shared the use of my account with anyone so you can see why I say that this punishment is unfair. Can this punishment please be revoked?
Regarding General Rule 1.5, as I previously stated I was completely unaware of the specific rule as this was my first time purchasing businesses. I have a good track record of fair play throughout EN2 and 3 and would not have intentionally jeopardized my accounts had I known about the rule. I understand ignorance is not an excuse but I would greatly appreciate some degree of understanding and exception for a first offence of this kind. Perhaps wiping or removing my Twink account and reinstating my primary account. I have dedicated a lot of time and money into the game and would hate to see my relationship with the game be broken on this matter alone as I obviously wont be returning to the game after a 60 ban, there wont be anything left for me. Please reconsider this punishment and give me an opportunity to respond to your reply. Thank you in advance.
