2. Why want to be leader of particular organization?
i. I want to protect the citizens and make sure they feel free to move through sandy shores and it's highways. There are no illegal activities going on in the city and citizens enjoy the best RP Life and i will make sure that represent a best image of NG
ii. I want to make sure that our base is protected and supply Ammo to all the legal orgs . No gangs or families wins Store robberies or any of the hostage situation
iii. I will make sure that the crime in the city gets minimal and will conduct session how citizens can earn money legally and that too very fast and by not making there name in crime list and how they can protect themselves
3. How to improve the organization
The national guard would be divided in many further categories that are
i. Internal affairs ( IA )
ii. Human resource and training (HRT)
iii. Special operation force (SOF)
iv. Military police (MP)
v. Air Force (AF)
vi. Intelligence force (IF)
i Internal affairs - This department will be the interaction between other orgs , People and NG
ii. Human Resource and Training - This department would keep the track of Ammo to different Orgs and as well as the training and recruiting citizens
iii. Special operation Force - This department would be patrolling Sandy Shores , Highways and Mountains and Make sure that there are no illegal activities Going on , these would be the forces that will be conducting special operations in Store robberies and Hostage situations
iv. Military police - These would be specially trained in Heavy Weapons and would be protecting the base by dividing into different Units and will be in front of Store robberies and Hostage situations. These will be doing ammo run
v. Air Force - This department would be having the best soldiers that know how to drive air transport on good base and will be trained specially for air transport and driving in hard situations. This will be providing Air support to The guards
vi. Intelligence Force - This would be having best commandoes and would be having some special Agents that are trained in everything and would be a part of every department. They would be trained in all the weapons in gunnery
These department would be further categorised into different sub division that would be decided by General , chief of staff , lt general, colonel of specific department
