1. General of National Guard
2. why do i want to be leader of this specific organization?
=> 1. National guard is backbone of the city and they do ammo runs without them legal orgs would not function properly , sometimes during ammo run NG does little mistakes that messes up whole ammo run and degrades image of ng infront of other legal orgs and i would like to be leader of ng and solve this issue
2. Ng get trespassed by bandit /gangsters every minute because of poor gate keeping and i would like to make all departments properly functional so all them can do their work properly and gatekeeping will be good and there will be no breach in security of ng base .
3. ng needs good general to bring out its real potential because ng can do 10 times better if they have good general an make org really good and better .


3. my advice for improving roleplay in organization.
=>
1. NG needs proper chain of command to have proper roleplay good leader will have good deputies good deputies will get good colonels and good colonels will choose good Head of departments (majors) thats how roleplay can be drastically improved because if the organization have good high commands the other members automatically start learning from high commands .
2. department handling their roles so i have plans to make departments better and best .


: Field Training officers :
the field training officers have to train newbie in front of General or deputy once so they can join FTO division
the major lackness in FTO is that they get bored of training so they will get special bonuses for training people/ interviewing someone
like for training one rookie they will get 4k and if they train 5 rookies they will get 25k
for one interview they will get 2 for 5 interviews they will get 15k
obviously they will get bonuses after providing Bodycam .
in NG they dont give proper training so the training manual will be designed by me i will add everything that brings better roleplay to organization like ng soldiers many times ignore rp commands so i will implement training of proper rp commands too for not doing proper rp they will receive ic punishment such as strike or warning.
that is how fto will function and i will implement more improvements as soon i as become general.

:Air Force:
Air force will be heavily deployed and active after 12' o clock because thats when we mostly get raided so if we get intel sooner we can do deparment earlier and all other orgs will be on standby thats how ng can successfully defend their base and for every important intel with proofs they will get bonus of 2k
(bonuses because flying for hours gets boring for some times so the bonus will encourage them )


:Special operation Forces:
SOF Head will be assigned after he prove that he is best at combat in the org and he will choose best of best shooters from ng and SOF will mostly attend globals events and they will have biggest responsibility of taking down any threat to ng base and they will have access to heavy weapons and they will be best at everything .

: Internal Affairs :
IA will be active and they will check logs regularly and they will take notes who is contributing how much time on duty and on gates who is attending how many events and they will consider all the employees and give the list of most active employees to colonel and according to that everyone will get promotions
and ia will give strikes to soldiers who are degrading roleplay in org and on second strike employee will get demotion and on 3 rd strike he will be either fired from org or he will be suspended for 3 days .

i will also add new department with permission of curator


as you can see how much a single department can improve roleplay of organization if they have proper leadership and guidance .
