Although he continues to live in poverty, his life changes when he discovers working with a gang called the Ballas, led by Lexo. He attacked an LSPD officer to show Ballas his ability to prove his worth to Lexo , and taught himself hand-to-hand combat and the use of weapons. Also, he's not afraid of anyone and is popular with those living in the city's domination for killing rival gangs from other gangs like Ballas and Families. He has roles in most gangs and is hungry for money when he robs. At this point, Frosty was more involved in killing and decided to sneak into the area, but suddenly one day he was arrested by FIB detectives, received a fine he never received in his life, and spent months in jail.
