I was going to city and i see the 2 ballas car and i slowed and then i turn my way and then one ballas car try to pull over me as u can see on my proof.

• 6.16 is to enforce the pulling over when there are 2 cars and 4 persons.

If there is not the required amount of cars/persons, you simply do not need to pull over and can continue.​
