As you see in my proof Harry picked 2 applicants for the government on en2, but May I say that one of the parties didn’t even have 20 members per the rules? This is not out of spite due to my party getting picked but I believe there is a whole other bias/malicious choice there I care about him clearly not abiding by that rule.
Ignore the type of punishment there was no other option
