Rdm punishment whether or not it is justified (as its right on ghetto border) isn't the main issue. The main issue is the illegal redux which can clearly be seen when he is dead the gray effect is removed and he is able to look all around. Right on this time stamp
you can see the illegal redux with gray affect removed.
Here is a thread from bobby himself saying that this sort of redux is illegal https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/234401/. Shouldnt the poster also get punished in this situation as he has an illegal redux? Or is this redux legal?
