Rejected car raming and spamming

when race event start before purple bugatti driver ID: 38591 and another one white bugatti driver ID:0000 stay on front of us and I called the admin Mr. Vick removed them on the road but race event started they also car raming and spaming when we racing club race event, a few times purple driver bugatti hit us cars and driver from the opposite direction and crashed into our vehicles after admin vick said he new joined this club so maybe know about everything this problem not first time happened everyday every club race event I seen like this gamer driver own cars and come to car race car raming or crashed to cars
