Approved Wrongful ban | Itachi God

Around 9am city time I was in the middle of a long RP scene at the DOC. Long story short, my cellphone was confiscated in the yard where later I attempted to use a "back up" phone using my /me. Shortly after i was placed in demorgan for 120 minutes, after being confused about why I received the warning realized it was for power gaming with my cell phone. Upset that I received such harsh punishment i began to call the admin listed above a "cry baby" and "Coward." That's when I was told by Mr Itachi "See you in 30 days" and received my ban.

I believe this punishment is not only unnecessary and extreme, but unfair to the ones who are still in GRAND for the good RP scenes. No admin was called to the situation so why did Mr Itachi feel the need to step in? No one asked for an admin in this situation, everything was done Rply. The job of the administration is to keep the RP alive. Well what this Admin did was the complete opposite. Ended a very long and fun scene and many more in the future with the wrongful ban.

Itachi and I do have a past when he was a high command in Ballas and i was the chief of police. Not sure if this was a personal attack but that would be a shame due to the fact it was so long ago.

After discuss with Itachi he decided to change your ban time for 3 days for insults of Admin, so next time if you have any conflicts - don't INSULT admins , and complain on actions on forum if you feel that punishment is unfair.
