Hi there i have been punished for event rule 1.7 by lebron for 30 days for failing to provide pov for fam war. In the pov that i had sent it only showed 3 seconds rather than the full 10 mins it was supposed to have clipped. This is the first time I have had this issue with nvidia capture software. I'm hoping that there can be some understanding given to me and have it overturned or reduced. I have been in the city for a year and never received any severe punishments. Im hoping you can understand my frustration due to a technical error.
