Life Story: Carlton Halpert was born in the deepest trenches of Compton, California his single mother (Martha Stewart Halpert 1957- 2011 ) Raised him working 2 minimum wage jobs as Carlton grew older he found himself rolling with the wrong crowd seeing his peers around him die and getting in trouble with the authorities he decided to change for the better but all went for worse when his mother died in dived into a deep depression and crossfire of a shooting Carlton started drinking at the young age of 16 and started rolling with the wrong crowd with his grandmother unable to raise him due to health reasons he lived life with nothing to lose and lived reckless robbing, killing and Hurting people seeing his friends die around him due to gang violence took a toll on his mental health and at the age of 17 landed himself in juvie he changed himself for the better in juvie with the help of great mentors although he didn't attend school he managed to get a GED and land himself in a great community college and decided to stop what he became and join the police force later on in his life .
Career Story: When he moved to Los Santos He worked as a delivery man and a Taxi before joining the police force after he submit his application he got accepted and became a cadet quickly rising to a rookie but soon SAHP got disbanded with the time off he ran into some buddies from his past and quickly pick up old habits that he shouldn't of and now we are at the present time he is still a member of SAHP but this time with a different motive
