2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this special organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I have experience in state organizations, I visited all state organizations [ LSPD, FIB, SAHP, GOV, NG ] and in each of them I held a deserving rank and in some High Command, I devoted every day to hard work and work in the organizations without doing a bad job. I know well how to organize work and thereby improve the seriousness of the entire LSPD. Of course, I have big plans for the entire organization. I have a lot of experience with RPing.
3. Your tips for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My first piece of advice to make any good RP is that all government organizations work together and not against each other.
A lot of leaders knew how to fight and thus bring down the organization over stupid things.
Each rank would be given according to the quality of work on duty, no one could beg for ranks if they did not earn it through effort and work.
Recruitments would be much more serious, going to the big stage of examining a new member who wants to study would be more about RP without people who come for no reason.
LSPD would circulate more in the outer parts of the city where only criminals can be seen.
They would actively organize events where people could join and win a prize.
They would do more training for our police officers so that they could be ready for any situation.
