He/she/they can clearly see people attempting to rob, WITH 1 gun to the head, secondly ROBBING WHILST BEING SHOT AT and is only punishing me, kinda senseless.

And ? 1 gun or 0 guns at HEAD ? what changes this ? while been in middle of armed criminals does it mater where that gun is ?
