Dimitri moved to USA with his parents when he was 5 years old. They lived in Broklyn around early 2000s. Vladimir had good connection with immigrants like himself. He had friends from Cuba, Colombia, Mexico,France etc. His parents passed while he was in his senior year in High School, so he had to leave school and start working to make a living. After getting in trouble with the law at Vice City, he decided to move across the country to Los Santos. Dimitri joined forces with the LSPD after he moved to Los Santos. He met with Vincent's and started to work for Patrol Officer 3. His hard work paid off and he raised amongst the ranks. Because of his high work rate and discipline LSPD sent him to Academy while he was also working as an Lituenant.And he transffered Secret Service Operations Agent After the FIB leader change, Dimitri used his connections to raise amongst the ranks again and got the title of “DeputyHOD” under Jhonny’s leadership. Even though Jhony ’s term didn’t last, Dimitri did. He became a known name amongst the FIB workers. After Jhon’s term something broke inside Dimitri. Seeing all his hard work gone to waste, Dimitri decided to take a leap of faith and step to the other side of the law for his personal gain.
OUTCOMES:
1. Dimitri is able to take and use LSPD weapons off duty but never stores them in his Warehouse and/or vehicles.
2. Dimitri knows the importance of proof because of his time in goverment so he always has a hidden camera recording.
3. Dimitri is able to take items from criminals for himself instead of confiscating them.
4. Dimitri is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive LSPD/USSS training.
5. Dimitri is able to take bribes up to 100.000$
6. Dimitri is able to search suspects for bodycam and smash them to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Dimitri has radio on him 24/7 to listen to LSPD while not on duty. (to gather information)
8. Dimitri has access to black market for guns etc.
9. Dimitri can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (on duty because he is HC, off duty because he is corrupt)
