Life Story:
Christoph Kurtz was born in Dhaka, the main city of Bangladesh in southern Asia. As it is the center of trades, goverment, culture and many religious palaces and mosques the place is filled with crime. Chris had a tough time surviving in this region, school wasn't cheap so his parents couldn't afford him any education, he had to learn everything on his own. One day when he was looking through the market a man dressed in all black comes out of an alleway and said to him "Hey little buddy, if you ever get in trouble, you'll find me here and for a good price, i will help you." When Chris was still picking up on things, he got jumped and kidnapped by the 'Mastaans', a known organized boss crime gang. The gang is known for hiring children to work and fight for them, and Chris was no different from other kids. That morning was the last time Chris ever saw his parents, and saw freedom in life. He knew he couldn't let himself be treated like a piece of shit and that this was wrong, so he has been thinking of an escape plan for years. The Bangladesh gang life has taught him a lot of skills and how to pull his own weight, that living off of scraps is sometimes necessary, as well as giving him trauma that will never go away. Chris saw an opportunity when his gang was commencing another attack out of countless ones on the trade market. Everyone thought this was going to be the same shit, different day, but Chris has had enough and stayed in the back of the group. When everyone was robbing stores by store, Chris has fleed when no one was looking and made it to the alleyway. Just like promised, the man in all black was there, and Chris offered him all of his belongigs, including his weapon, as he knew if he gets caught it will all be over so he risked it all. The man in all black has taken him, provided him basic food supplies, gave him a vehicle to use for his escape., and passed him a pair of glasses which he mentioned; "You'll need these later, keep them". Chris went to his home, but his house was empty. No furniture, no parents, no notes, it was pure nothing. Chris realised his time was running out as this would be where the gang would look for him when they realised hes gone. So Chris has made his way to the border of Bangladesh and India, where he successfully crossed and lived in India for half a year. There he would do all kinds of second hand jobs, staying low and using as little of his supplies as possible. At night he would use his skills to rob innocent people to ease his stress and to stop the flashbacks. He didn't like this life knowing he was on the edge of getting caught and death the whole time. He knew it was time for a change, but he would have to get very far for people to not find him him. After gathering enough money, he was thinking of a place to go. Somewhere no one would recognize him or find out anything hes done. "Los Santos" He thought to himself. That was his next plan.
Career Story:
Upon arriving to Los Santos, Chris has realised due to the high population of the city he could not continue robbing people with his skills. CCTV and law enforcement was everywhere, your actions were monitered at all times, very different from his Bangladeshian life. He knew his skills couldn't just be wasted, so he applied for LSPD. The police questioned Chris a lot, but he wasn't willing to uncover his true ends. He passed the interview,and when they took him to the shooting range to show him how basic firearms worked, he grabs the pistol from the desk, yells "I don't need no training!" as he aims up at the targets and sets a new record of 2.87 seconds for the shooting range on his first try. LSPD was amazed with this, and didn't think it was humanly possible. He has received a lot of questions about his skill, but he remained silent. He has served for the police for the next few days, learning the law in the city and how law enforcment operates. During this time, the word of him and his skills have spread through the city. FIB have noticed of this very quickly, and have offered him a high ranking spot in the organisation. He was informed about the existence of 00 Agents, and how they think he has what it takes to become one of them. He was never questioned much about his identity, where nor how he arrived or why he is so skilled, all he said is people would be looking for him. They offered him safety and confidentiality in exchange for his skillset to work for the Federal Investigation of Bureau. He agreed and started working for the FIB. A few days passed, and he has become confident in his skills matching his job, but he had one problem. As he fought criminals, the PTSD of his parents going missing and being forced to work for theft as a child was getting in his way of duties. Sometimes he felt bad for certain people as he realized they haven't become a criminal by choice and would let them go in exchange for money. With other victims, his PTSD would interfere and he would torment them until they apologize with tears of blood falling down. Chris knew this was his place. The identity of law enforcement, being hidden from the Mastaans and able to help out criminals at his ease.
Outcomes:
1- Chris is able to accept bribes in order of not confiscating items and letting someone go. (Up to 100k per rules)
2- Chris is able to conduct illegal activities that would financially support him by assessing that it will be a low risk. (Off Duty, no robbing, no fighting LEO's)
3- Chris is able to exchange information to people for money. (Up to 100k per rules)
4- Chris is able to try to use a truth serum on his victims. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
5- Chris is able to try to break bodycams of his victims. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
6- Chris is able to let himself be taken hostage in exchange for money by people he knows and trusts with his life. (Cut can be up to 100k per rules)
7- Chris is able to fight in the ghetto off duty as this makes him feel at home. (No FIB gear, no ID)
