Negan argikadro has grown up in a really poor family with his grandparents so he had to hang out with gang members and had to make gang activities which are like kidnapping people robing people store robberies and selling drugs one day he got bored with all of this illegal activities and he moved to Los Santos vinewood because to by far from the gang he had nothing in Santos so he was begging people for money and food and when he got bored with all of this and write application about NG and when he got recruited after some time he got transferred to lspd
