Reviewed ID: 140166 | MASS RDM, OOC INSULTS, LYING TO, CORRUPTING AND DISRESPECTING ADMINISTRATION

I was refilling my Juice shop with Anto when ID: 140166 Abm Alnuaimi started shooting at a random civilian that was new in city and then he shot and kill Anto that was an agent on duty, he just stopped by for a few seconds to give me some pineapple because he had to leave, but he got killed by this guy, i revived him, he then proceeded by protocol to shoot back to the suspect, the two suspects killed him by shooting 2 vs 1, i then proceeded to revive him again and they finished him and RDM'd me and sent me to the hospital as well.

Anto called admin by opening a ticket in game when he got killed first, Then we came back to the scene together once again, George Gaitonde said "Im watching" so the admin saw everything that had happened, we went back there and Anto opened a second ticket asking if the admin was still there watching, Gaitonde spawned and used the Red Tag so the RP stopped, no more IC RP, only OOC from that point on.
After admin left the area , He RDM both of us for a second time as u can see in the 3rd pov.

You can clearly see in the video what happens, Georgia knows the punishments they deserve she was there and she has her admin POV as well as proof, they broke multiple rules which are clear from the POVs i posted, i listed them in the title.

When we went back to the Juice shop, we did it just to ask the administrator if he was still watching, we didn't engage RPly, we waited for Georgia to show herself with RED TAG ON to then proceed with the verbal complaint as you can see in the POV.

The ID: 140166 proceeded to lie to administration saying that I shot first, which was not true at all, the admin agreed it was a lie because she was there the whole time watching, i called the admin via ticekt since i heard the first shots against a random 200k ID civilian, then while the admin had RED TAG ON and was OOC situation, the suspect said "Georgia why are you here tell me, you want money??? You are looking for money? i can give you money" he tried to corrupt administration with RED TAG ON, RP IC situation frozen which is PURE IRL OOC TALK, he asked if an admin wanted to get paid and be corrupted in OOC, then he proceeded to disrespect Georgia, after that he also said, which is the worst thing he could possibly say: "Georgia what are you doing, you can't ban me, Mazhor is my friend, he will unban me, I'm friends with Mazhor i can't get banned" then after he said this, i asked Georgia to take action immediately because this was too much, he was breaking all kind of rules, lying to administration, corrupting AND saying that a CURATOR Senior Admin is corrupted?

AFTER Georgia Gaitonde Admin left the scene saying post on forum, i will punish them but i have to go, me and her simply walked away slowly without interacting with the two suspects, we were still on NLR pretending to not know them ICly or RPly after the OOC admin situation was over, they kept harrassing us, punching and shooting us then sending both me and her to hospital again, they were unprovoked ICly.

I'm also posting my POV of the RDM they did after the admin left, I kept my camera on them to see what they would do while we were walking away unbothered.

I'm requesting a severe punishment for ID: 140166 and at this point, its no longer simple MASS - Repeated RDM, but also OOC INSULTS which he did, LYING TO, CORRUPTING AND DISRESPECTING ADMINISTRATION & CURATOR this should lead, in my opinion, to a severe ban or blacklist from the project.
