As of GR 6.13
It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN
I Got Both warn and demorgan and demorgan that too if 180 mins
My appeal is for removing the ban All the proves are listed below in form of links

I appeal that i killed my family members for purpose but both demorgan and warn shouldn't be there and i have almost completed my demorgan so please go through warning
