First of all, as i explained in the thread. The shooting was premeditated by their provoking whilst holding guns and threatening, both verbally and visually. Secondly how are we supposed to know that they have an event right next to us. We werent the ones attacking nor defending. If we should be punished for that he has to prove that it was us The Cosa Nostra family who attacked the sphere.

If you look at 0:35 in their POV exactly you will also see them aiming at us with a revovler.
