2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. First of all every leader makes bloods on top but it always get dispended very very fast. I don’t have that much experience ( deputy last bloods term, now HC in Vagos ) but I think everyone deserves a chance now. I hear people say: bloods is back it is probably gonne dispended in a week again. I want to get a chance To make bloods on top again
2. So my plans are:
1. To become leader
2. Rank 10 event leader if he or she doesn’t take care of events she will get demoted.
3.if you wanne become a HC a deputy or leader will test you if you really know the rules
4. Every deputy will know what he has to do and can’t do.
I will make sure that we do everyday 1FZ and atleast 1gun/store robbery
3. In the Discord I will make a warehouse-logs so everyone can tell what he takes or what he gives- so it is easier to controle when people steal.
You will get 24hours to tell us what you take in the warehouse-logs
If you don’t you wil get a strike.
I will make a strike channel
1strike is demotion
2strikes is a second demotion
3strikes is a kick
Every strike will be gonne after 3days 1strike 3days for 2strike 6days
You will get the chance to comeback when you get fired for strikes.
Just tell me or a deputy what you will do better next time
I will take care about graffiti that is the main problem is gangs.
And events. If people wanne become a turf they need to 1vs1 some one that i know that is gonne become deputy when I am leader.
