Hi, I was banned from bot. I opened a forum explaining this in a nice way. But unfortunately I got an unexpected result. My account has been permanently banned. I know that it is of course forbidden to share an account, but I did not share an account. just played my brother on the same computer. I think this is quite natural. You can check the ip addresses that are logged into the account. I have not shared my account with anyone. I propose the abolition of the penalty.
