After being dropped several times in his head by nurses at birth Masta stayed in a coma until he moved to Vice City in the early 2002s. His trauma caused him to have high IQ. He never knew his parents, never went to school yet spoke 5 languages. At 16 he was caught counting cards in Caligula’s Palace, Las Venturas, so he decided to move across the country to Los Santos before getting into trouble with the mob.
Once in Los Santos, Masta was recruited by the government after the secret service heard about his IQ. He met with Poppy Lasombra, governor at the time, and started to work as a DOC Guard. His hard work quickly raised him amongst the ranks. Because of his high work standards and discipline in the government he quickly became a respected Officer.
Under Kazuto’s leadership, Masta was considered a prodigy and quickly became Director of DOC. Even though Kazuto’s term didn’t last, Masta did.
After Kazuto and Rook’s terms failed. Governor Stoney Hart had to take a stance, he realized that promoting Masta to Secretary of State was the only way to keep the ship from sinking, Stoney had a quick meeting with his Deputy’s and thats what they did. Masta was one of the most respected Ministers in Los Santos.
After a long career in Government, Masta Killa rose to become the most feared Governor the city has ever had.
Outcome:
1. improved his teamworking skills from his experience from GOV.
2. has a good aim and can take 2 suspects at a time.
3. has good driving skill so he can do off-road.
4. has a secret camera attached to his shoulder that can record 24/7 and send the to personal cloud
5. when Masta is in trouble, he is able to pick up guns and ammunition while having his weapon out from his enemies and fallen targets, except when he is under heavy fire. (not during gunfight)
6. has special abilities to remember the face and voice which can help him identify a person.
7. can use his LEO stuff at off duty for security purpose and compulsory return and never sell and store.
8. can use drugs to numb the pain
