as u can see clearly from the clip he's scamming and tries it multiple times this player is a lower ID and definitely knows what he's doing this was not on accident at all.

id 14425 you are being punished as when u offered to id 24013 the other id was not event present there (the one that offered u)
so because u got scammed instead of reporting u were trying to scam some other player​
