It's getting a bit more complicated, I hope I can explain it in an understandable way.
My first complaint got rejected, so i writing to you.

In the end, this application was rejected because it seem that my RockstarAccount has a punishment past on DE03.
I have already written to Sylvia Som and she told me that I can only solve the problem with an admin complaint because she can't / isn't allowed to do anything about it.
I played on DE01 a long time ago at the beginning of the server, at that time without a forum account and with a rockstar account from a friend that he still had left. I can't remember the email address I used and the PC has been reset several times in the meantime. I played on GrandRp together with the friend at that time.
Now, 2.5 weeks ago, I felt like playing GrandRP again and downloaded GTA5 again and also installed GrandRP again. My friend's old second Rockstar account no longer worked and I asked him if he still had a Rockstar account.
So he gave me his own Main RockstarAccount 2,5 weeks ago, because he doesn't need it anymore and he doesn't play on GrandRp anymore.
So since then I have been using his RockstarAccount for GrandRP. On this RockstarAccount I also created my MainAccount ID: 798 and my SecondaryAccount ID: 1226. Since then I have been playing on the RockstarAccount without any problems. Now I had decided to apply as an administrator to make the server a better place and I was just told that on this RockstarAccount are probably other IDs on other servers.
Logical, because it is the RockstarAccount of my friend, who played a lot of GrandRP on it. It looks like there is an account on this RockstarAccount on DE03 that has a punishment record.
I can only hope that you guys believe me. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to prove that this is actually the truth.
