Back story:
Jess was born in South London, March 1997. He grew up in a poor household and they struggled to put food on the table every day, as Jess had struggled with money all his childhood he started to resort to crime to be able to provide for his family. As crime in South London was overseen and was very common in these times Jess fit in perfectly and was able to transport drugs, money and weapons for his father. As his needs and greed for money became more extreme these crimes progressed further into bank robbery, taking hostages and killing if he needed to for his families safety. When Jess was 19 him, his wife Spectre Smithy and his best friend Arno Arison moved to Los Santos and saved huge sums of money to invest into weapons, cars and eventually businesses. They started to become very well known and feared within the city, their family growing day by day and even creating allies. This family could do anything and get through anything in its way.

9) Co-owner: (Makes decisions with the owner and looks over high commands.)
8) Enforcer: (They have gained trust by the family leader and co-owners and are there to support all lower ranks)
7) Manager: (This is a high command rank, this rank manages events and points people in the correct direction within the events)
6) Recruiter: (Their job is to recruit members into the family and ensures they are aware of server rules and family rules)
5): Senior Member: (They have been in the family long enough to gain the trust by high command and gets to make some decisions within events)
4) Captain of Spectre: (They look over all lower ranks and are able to point them in the right direction.)
3) Spectre Soldier: (Has been in the family at least 2 weeks and knows all events.)
2) Spectre Rookie: (They have come to a few events and are starting to learn within the family.)
1) Spectre Trainee: (They have been recruited by the recruiters and knows all server and family rules.)
