I got banned for "killing person through the wall", however me and my friend did EXACT same scenario and recorded it, persons FOV depends on where his mouse position is, as you can see in video there is two options 1. If you move mouse to the right you cant see me however I can shoot you 2. If you move mouse to the left you can clearly see me and once again I still can shoot you. Reporting party in the video moved his mouse in position 1 thus he wasn't able to see me. It is unfair to ban someone because reporting party positioned his mouse and got FOV in which he could not see me.
