I wonder, how is it possible that someone gets appointed as an admin without apply on the forum? https://gta5grand.com/forum/forums/337/

Every one else have to apply on the forum but this Nicola Sberla gets in without anything?
Seems like all other people aren't allowed to join the staff as their request gets rejected every time, while this Nicola can leave and enter again without demands.
