This guy made a solar farm. I discovered it when I went to check my own panel. He also stole mine (he repaired it without my permission). I have reported it. Admin Zazie_KirigaYa took the report. Did not attended the scene. Later a gang arrived and pointed gun at me to leave. They shot everybody down in the near.
