Rejected Question on Regulation 4.1(illegal crosshair)

Hello English admin team and Mazhor, I have a topic to address because Crosshair I've been playing for 1 year now and have been using German crosshair for longer than I think. The people who All of them come from German sever and it is allowed there. I would also like to send 2 theards from me where I also used the crosshair and A ticket that was not banned was processed by mazhor himself and unbanned me I understand it suddenly from the beginning of en3 everyone who uses crosshair is banned although it is allowed by the German sever So I think it's unfair that people get banned for something they didn't know Although it is allowed from grp german sever and the rules are all the same How do you know it's forbidden when it's allowed somewhere else? If you forbid crosshair, at least make an annouce with an example of what is forbidden, like in German sever.
It's just unfair to ban people for something they don't even know it's forbidden when it's allowed on another grand sever.

In the rulebook stands that 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Disabling drug`s effect, hacks, bots etc.) | Ban 60 days but etc can stand for anything and its no declared for what etc stands for in this case you could possibly give us for anything a ban and if you look at the rules in the forum and on discord its no where to be found that RGB crosshairs weapon skins or anything else is illegal

RGB crosshair is allowed, but you crosshair changes color when you aim on a person. Its a wallhack​
