2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I want to be the Bloods' leader because I've been in every gang over the most of my time in Grand RolePlay. I've served as HC and deputy in each of these gangs, but now I feel that it's time to take the reins and lead the gang that, in my opinion, is the greatest to be a part of. Additionally, throughout my tenure in each of these gangs, I have gained the power to assume leadership of the gang as a whole and the ability to predict the future.
2) My second justification is that, by engaging in graffiti sprays and ghetto patrols, I would make the Bloods the best organisation in the city. This would undoubtedly make the gang lively and not just a group that would sit back and relax but one that would be active 24/7, but this can only be done if I am selected as the Bloods' leader.
3)Last but not least, I would be a valuable asset to the gang as a whole since I have excellent leadership qualities, I persevere in all my endeavours, and I will discipline the gang members and set a high bar for all the other gang members and other gangs. This gang is only for those who are deserving and able to abide by the rules, and if I see that they are improving, I will without a doubt use the rank system to elevate them based on how well they comprehend how to become a gangster.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
When someone tries to join my gang, I will have a list of regulations that my HCs need to go over in order for the person trying to become a gangster may get recruited. This is my advice for improving roleplay. This will also increase the gang members' awareness of their surroundings and their next action, enabling them to maximise their enjoyment while doing everything in their power to adhere to all applicable laws. To make sure the gang members are aware that breaking any of the rules could result in a demotion, kick, or blacklisting depending on how serious the rule violation was, I will also post the rules in the Bloods GRP discord and @ the gang members. I'll also give them advice in advance on how to rob ATMs, rob stores, and carry out the Fort Zancudo Raid, all of which will undoubtedly raise the morale of the players and enhance role-playing as a whole.
My Desires:
With my chosen turf squad, I want to win 100% gang turfs.
I want to make my gang the most formidable adversaries in the city.
I want to leave a lasting impression on my leadership term regarding how our gang used to operate.
