2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
​

-So when i joined i this city (ENG 3 server) and in another cities too (in ENG 1 and 2 servers) first my organization was gang (Bloods),from this organization i learned everything for example : General rules,Ghetto rules,Event Rules and others.i learned how to rob the people ,i improved my shooting skills,how to sell the guns,how to make the money, and other things.After this i got big experience in all the gangs i was a turfer team member in the Bloods gang,Marabunta gang and vagos gang,the i was a Deputy leader of the Families gang and i was a HC of the Ballas gang.And this organizations helped me a lot in everything.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

-To improve the RolePlay of course we need to follow all Rp rules and we does not need to break any rule it is a very important for organization,because if me or any my organization member will break the any general rule my organization will get a Warning by admins (gods) and it will be a very bed for me and for my organization members,so if will get many warnings my organization will be disbanded thats why we need to follow the rp rules.Now i will tell u about how i will recruit the new members,so i will select some people who knows all General rules,Ghetto rules and Event Rules after this people will recruit a new members a they will ask to the about the ghetto rules and general rules for example : how many people u need to rob the person,how many people and cars u need to pull over the someone,what does it mean fear rp,mixing,powergaming and other things.So in my organization people will join who has a exxperience and who knows all Rp rules and about the turs me and my team who knos shooting very well we will collect 100% turf and we will get a graffit points too.
