Rejected RDM with heli onto roof

My family was waiting for solar planted in the city on a roof top via ladder. These guys sat on a roof opposite us that is not accessible without heli, then flew over just to hop out and shoot us all with no warnings or demands even tho they were out numbered and in city limits.
