2. Why do you want to be leader of this spesific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I spent my most of the time at gangs. I been high command and low ranks so i saw the gang from the members pov so i know the problems which they got. My first job is i will fix the problems and making good place for gang members.
- I will do too many events while i am Vagos high command we broke event numbers record. In my opinion gang must be do many events they can do. I believe making more fz raids, store robberies increasing activity in gang members and we getting more alive and powerful gang. My second job is doing too many events as possible and im sure at event check list curatos will see at least 65-70 events each week.
- Lastly i think the BM and sprays is honor of the gang. I will pay attention to protect BM raids according to rules and clap the LEOs. At sprays i have one friend for who can help sprays and lead the other sprayers in gang then we Los Santos will learn Marabunta coming.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- At least 7k profit at sprays every hour.
- Earn respect in city.
- Trying to solve problems ICly first.
- Bonus system for people who showing activity in city as a gang member and events.
- Make sure gang members following the server rules
- Majority at turfs.
- Attend to Battleship and Submarine everyday. And no miss the Car theft and Informant
- I will give chances to everyone for showing their skills.
- Better interview questions because i think "How many people do you need for robbing someone?" like this questions not enough for testing experiences.
- Doing special events for gang members.
