Reviewed Unable to join the server.

I can not join the server because of the system gives me error about my internet connection. Even tho I have internet connection. I redownloaded and resetted my wifi but it is still same. What should I do ? Thanks. I am writing this here because nobody answer me in the other section. Can someone please help ??? It's been 1-2 hour. Thanks.
