Life story:
Kirk was born on March 11th 1987 in a small rural hospital in his home town, Томтор. Kirk was born and raised in the cold nuclear winters in the depths of Оймякон where his British foster parents took him in after his parents were brutally tortured in-front of him after being kidnapped from his home back in Томтор by an infamous mob boss by the name of Sergei Mikhailov. The mercy of the mobsters bring him to where he is today. His corruption began not far into his teenage years even though he knew right from wrong, his foster parents always raised him to be honest and respectful to everyone he met but the loss of his biological parents got to him and wanted to slowly get back at the damned world in his own way. Crime after crime, he worked his way up towards more punishment-heavy crimes such as arson and helping people escape from custody. Kirk was an anonymous hero, he was never caught. His crimes died down to little petty crimes such as shoplifting and began to work for the people after he moved to America and decided he wanted to change his ways and begin working for the government but his corruption is slowly creeping back to him.
Career Story:
After going through every org from FIB, to LSPD, to SAHP, to NG, Kirk had seen it all. Everything all the orgs did wrong was now in his favour. He had became a lawyer at Government and decided to help people fight his former co-workers through the legal justice system. Kirk knows everything about how the organisations run and all their little weaknesses which could aid him in his court cases and personal life. After being a criminal to an LEO, to a lawyer, Kirk has been sweeping through the justice system and knows every trick in the book about how to get out of custody.
OUTCOMES:
1. Kirk can take bribes to pass on information to families or gangs.
2. Kirk can sell weapons on the black market he took from people during 10-10s and other related activities.
3. Kirk can use his power to help his family and friends avoid prison terms and other legal issues.
4. Kirk can attempt to break bodycam footage with /try command
5. Kirk can take his anger out on any 10-15s who annoy him through any means necessary. (excluding RDM)
6. Kirk can take bribes up to 100k
7. Kirk can request illegal items from a criminal to take as a bribe
